5 months update

Dekayla's 5th month update

Able to do:

• Turns head to familiar voices, even if baby can’t see the person.
• Shows excitement
• mimics sounds
• Turns to the sound of her name
• Laughs/smiles to familair voices
• Stand steadily on feet with help
• laugh/giggles all the time
• Smiling alot (smiling since week one though)
• hold objects steadily/grab objects in sight

New changes:

• Features are changing
• makes MORE sing along vowel sounds IE: a-a,muh,-goo,der,-aroo.
• In 6-9 month clothes
• is on 7oz bottles-feed on demand-
•  eats pure home made food
• has giggling fits more often

what baby likes:

• Being sung to
• rocked
• cuddles
• playing on floormat
• baths
• mommies playing with her
• mommies talking with her
• sing alongs
• her blanky
• her doll
• butterfly toy

4 months old

• Weight: 12lbs 14oz
• Lenght:24inches
• HC:40cm
• eyes:blue

Able to do:

• Turns head to familiar voices, even if baby can’t see the person.
• Shows excitement
• mimics sounds
• Turns to the sound of her name
• Laughs/smiles to familair voices
• Stand steadily on feet with help
• laugh/giggles all the time
• Smiling alot (smiling since week one though)

New changes:

• Features are changing
• Hair is growing more on her forhead and back.
• makes sing along vowel sounds IE: a-a,muh,-goo,der,-aroo.
• growing out of her 3-6month clothes fast
• plays on playmat 1-2hrs
• has more tummy time
• is on 7oz bottles-feed on demand-
• is starting to eat pure babyrice food
• screams alot more
• has giggling fits more often
• grabs toys/objects more and puts in mouth more easily.
• grabs and puts binki (dummy) in and out of her mouth herself.
